PRICES
Prices include:
*Accommodation (excluding any supplement for private rooms—which are limited—or for the private studio Vall i Vell). Most rooms sleep two. One room sleeps 4 to 6. Our principle is first booked, first served. So, if you want to have more privacy, book early!
* Food & drinks during meals and regular workshop classes. Please let us know in advance if you are vegetarian, vegan or have any dietary restrictions.
* Regular workshop classes
Optional classes are sometimes offered: These need to be booked in advance, but can be paid for on the day itself.
BOOKINGS
As all our workshop holidays have limited availability, booking early is highly recommended!
To make your booking definite, the full amount needs to be paid in advance. Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. Once you have submitted your booking inquiry, we will send you more details for payment.
Closing dates: this is the date we decide if a retreat will go ahead (i.e. when we have our minimum number of participants) or not (less than the minimum). If we don’t reach the minimum number, we’ll still try our very best to make it happen—in such a case, a payment of a small supplement might be necessary, but you will be informed of this well in advance. If, in the end, things don't work out, the holiday will be cancelled and you will be reimbursed the full amount paid.
* Closing dates during the year: one month before starting date
* Closing dates at Christmas, Easter or summer holidays: two months before starting date.
Important: If you want to book a flight, train or bus before the closing date, we recommend you take out cancelation insurance, since it is impossible to say in advance if we will have the minimum number of participants and that the retreat will happen for sure. Of course you can always just come and stay in Catalonia on holiday: we’d be delighted to help you with accommodation In Barcelona or in the area.
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made before the above workshop holiday closing dates start dates will be fully reimbursed. Cancellations made after the closing dates will not be refunded, unless you can find someone to come in your place, and they pay in full, in which case you shall be refunded in full.
**COVID CANCELLATION POLICY**
* We STRONGLY advise taking out COVID travel insurance, as last-minute cancellations due to you catching COVID are not refunded.
* If, due to international or national laws or regulations, borders are closed and you therefore cannot attend the retreat, you will be refunded in full.
LIABILITY WAIVER
On arrival, you’ll need to complete a recreational activity liability waiver document.
