For this course, the classes will be both challenging and relaxing, with an emphasis on connecting your breathing with asanas in a symbiosis, much like in dance, where the body moves in accordance to the music. Great attention will be paid to detail, precision and symmetry.
This will help you to focus your attention and, by doing so, improve more consciousness of body and mind in general, inspiring you to be be present in the moment, not just on the yoga mat, but also in everyday life. It will also help you to improve you attitude and movements day in, day out, using less energy by moving and breathing better.
The classes will contain influences from hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Tantric yoga. This mmpersonal blend of yoga forms is the result of a great experience in practising in different types of yoga schools and institutes around the world, and by applying yoga as a professional dancer performing all over the globe.
The classes are suited to all levels and abilities (even for people who have never done any yoga!), as there are always a variety of options for the different positions. If you have any doubts about your physical condition or ability to do these classes, you are more then welcome to contact the teacher.
The classes will be given in English
