* Intuitive Cooking culinary holidays: coming soon with new dates!

I’ll be organising a number of workshop holidays in Cérvoles over the course of the year. Most of them will be inspired by our general philosophy, some of them will focus in more detail on certain themes. Feel free to make suggestions as well: I’ll happy to tailor them to your wishes!

What will a typical day look like?

To kick off, we might go for a little foraging in the morning or at least inspect the kitchen garden; who knows what treasures we may find to use in the kitchen that day? As hunger will have begun gnawing at our entrails by this point, we will then dig into a hearty homemade breakfast, to ensure we have all the energy we need to start our cooking session. After some three hours of this culinary trance we will, of course, enjoy the opportunity of savouring the resulting creations.

The rest of the day will be left free for you to explore the area: walking, cycling, have a dip in a lake or river, kayaking, canyoning… you name it! Some afternoons, you’ll have the (optional!) possibility of visiting some culinary hotspots, such as an exquisite local winery, a saffron farming concern, a cheesemaker, etc.

At night, we will spoil you with dinner delights (any eager beaver volunteers are always welcome to lend a hand in their preparation!). One evening, we’ll throw caution to the winds and visit a local hostelry to sample autochthonous delicacies.

You will be accommodated in one of charming houses in the village (link)

As I like to keep things personal, no more than eight to ten people will be allowed in each holiday.

If there’s a group of you and you’d like your very own customised and private culinary holiday, we’ll be pleased to tailor-make something to your preferences: contact me and we can work something out!

Also, if you’re staying in one of the holiday houses in Cérvoles, we’re happy to arrange a cooking class just for you.

In Cérvoles:

Fancy a little get together in the mountains? Share a passion for food? If there are a bunch of you, we can organise something private for just you and your friends. We can tailor it completely to your wishes, and we can define the exact programme and duration together. You can all stay together in one of the village’s charming houses. And, if you are merely into the eating part (but not so keen on the preparing faff), I would also be happy just to cook, so you can just sit back and relax!

On location:

Can’t make it to Spain? I’d be delighted to come to you to organise an intensive cooking workshop. Let me know what you’re looking for!
